Things to know about hats:
Pricing: Pricing for caps or beanies depends on if you want them printed or embroidered. Printing cost vary depending the number of colors and size of the print. Embroidery costs are determined by the number of stitches in the embroidery. Both are also effected by the quantity you are ordering. In either case it is best for us to see the artwork to give you the best price.
Panels: This is the number of pieces of fabric that make up the top of the hat. A 5 panel cap has one piece of fabric above the bill so it can be printed on. A 6 panel cap has a seam down the middle which interferes with a clean print.
Structured or Unstructured: A structured hat has a backing behind the fabric, above the bill, making it stiff. An unstructured cap doesn't have this so it is softer and fits closer to your head.
Profile: This refers to the crown of the hat and how closely the hat fits to your head. A low profile hat will fit closer and more snug to your head.
Closure: This is how the cap is adjusted in the back to fit your head. Velcro is trade marked so it is referred to as "hook and loop". There are pictures of the backs of the hats so you can see what type of closure it has.
